When not in use for Carrollwood Players productions, our venues are available on a limited basis for private and community events and production partnerships.

Private and Community Events

Our 80 seat Mainstage Theatre and 50 seat Black Box Theatre are ideal for non-performance private and community events in need of theater-style seating, such as business presentations, lectures, organizational meetings, etc.

Rates for private and community events begin at $50 per hour for our Black Box Theatre, $100 per hour for our Mainstage Theatre, and $150 per hour for both spaces combined. Minimums may apply.

Verified non-profit organizations may be eligible for reduced rates.

We do not generally book events such as banquets, dances, birthday or anniversary parties, etc., as our space is more suited for presentations in need of theater-style seating.

Production Partnerships

Carrollwood Players Theatre welcomes proposals from individual artists and performing groups seeking a venue for productions.

Due to our own rehearsal and performance schedule, we are best suited to host “turn-key” performances that will not need extensive time on-site for rehearsals or other preparations.

We have partnered with numerous outside artists and groups and would love to consider working with you!

Each production partnership is unique.

Established artists or performing groups with a demonstrated history of success may be offered a revenue split rather than hourly fees.

Artists or groups who are less established are more likely to be offered a partnership based on hourly fees. Hourly fees for performances vary.

We do not generally book touring shows or other performances that would rely solely on Carrollwood Players for marketing and promotion.

Due to our own busy rehearsal schedule, we are generally unable to offer rehearsal space rentals to artists or groups who are not partnering with us for a production at our facility.
