Sound Operator for Annie!
We are looking for a volunteer with lots of free time in the evenings between now and the end of September to be our dedicated sound operator for Annie.
We are using tracks for this production and need someone to operate them at weeknight rehearsals starting as soon as possible, continuing on into tech week and also for all performances.
Our music tracks are operated by an easy-to-use app on an iPad that we provide. We will train you!
Weeknight rehearsals are most Mondays – Thursdays from 7 pm until 10 pm. Tech week rehearsals are Sunday night through Thursday night. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays with a call time of 6:30 pm and Sundays with a call time of 12:30 pm and one special Saturday matinee on September 14th with a call time of 12:30 p.m. (this is a two show day)
Operating music tracks for a live musical is fun – you are the orchestra!
Backstage Helpers/Dressers for Baskerville!
Baskerville is a hilarious Sherlock Holmes spoof in which a very small group of actors portray a very large number of characters. To accomplish many quick costume changes, we will need several backstage helpers/dressers. We may also need some help with running projections and sound for this production that opens in mid-October.
Please email our Managing Director, Jim Russell, at jim.russell@carrollwoodplayers.org for more information or to help with any of the opportunities above!
