Duet Acting for Adults – Multi-Session Class
March 25th – April 15th, 2023 – Saturdays – 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Over three sessions, students will prepare a scene to be performed with an acting partner. Time will be devoted to character development, trust and exercise on stage with another actor, tweaking the scene for comfort with personal skills, chemistry, and development, and guidance from an experienced stage director.
The fourth session will be an opportunity to perform, without a script, in front of an audience of peers, family and friends in a showcase of all of the scenes that have been prepared.
It is encouraged that those interested in this workshop seek out an acting partner willing to participate and enroll as well. Actors will have the opportunity to bring their own selected scene of no more than 15 minutes in length to be used for the course, or one can be selected for them. If a participant cannot find a partner to enroll with, we will make every effort to seek one out.
Open to students aged 15 and up.
Session 1: Saturday, March 25th – 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Session 2: Saturday, April 1st – 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Session 3: Saturday, April 8th – 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m,
Session 4: Saturday, April 15th – 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. with 11 a.m. showcase performance
