Carrollwood Players Theatre invites you to support the grassroots arts while promoting your business. 

Sponsorships are available that will place your business name in front of the more than seven thousand audience members and volunteers who experience the magic of live theatre at CWP each season. 

Business sponsors also receive exposure to our estimated 25,000 social media followers, email subscribers, and website visitors.

Carrollwood Players is a volunteer-driven, non-profit community organization dedicated to providing access to the arts for all. Our audiences and participants come from a wide area of Tampa Bay and beyond to experience great live entertainment created by and for the community.

Though we bring more than 100 live performances to the public each year, ticket sales cover only about half of our operating expenses. We rely on the support of our community to help us sustain our rich history as Tampa’s longest operating community theatre.

By becoming a Carrollwood Players sustaining business partner, you can gain exposure for your business and make a bold statement that you believe the arts are vital to a vibrant community. . 

Your business can receive exposure in a variety of ways, including ads in our playbill and on our website, tags and mentions via our social media, email marketing and other digital media, lobby marketing and more. We also offer complimentary show tickets to our top business sponsors.

Season Presenter: $10,000

This exclusive opportunity is only available to one business per season. Order, payment and ad copy must be received by August 30th. Our season begins in September and ends in August of each year.  (Quarterly payments may be arranged.)

  • Your business name listed on the front of page of our printed playbill for every production in one season.
  • Your full page color ad on the back page of our printed playbill for every production in one season. (Ad must be submitted as a camera ready PNG file of 300 dpi print resolution or higher. Size is 5.25 x 8.25 inches.)
  • A full color linked ad on the front page of our website for the duration of the season. (Dimensions are flexible)
  • 25 tagged mentions of your business in our social media posts throughout the season (approximately 2 per month.)
  • A mention of your business in the curtain speech at every performance in the season.
  • A linked mention of your business in all CWP blast emails for the duration of the season and a linked mention of your business on our ticketing site.
  • A mention of your business in all of our periodic CWP podcasts and promotional videos.
  • Invitation to display your brochures and business cards in a prime location in our lobby for the duration of the season.
  • Invitation to host an information/meet and greet table in our lobby (flexible scheduling).
  • 4 complimentary tickets to one performance of your choice to see each production in the season.

Season Sustainer: $5,000

Order, payment and ad copy must be received by August 30th. Our season begins in September and ends in August of each year.  (Quarterly payments may be arranged)

Musicals Presenter: $2,500

Order, payment and ad copy must be received by August 30th. We have three musicals per season, in September/October, February/March and May/June.

  • Your half page black and white ad on an inside page of our printed playbill for every production in one season. (Ad must be submitted as a camera ready PNG file of 300 dpi print resolution or higher in greyscale. Size is 5.25 x 3.5 inches.)
  • A full color linked ad on the front page of our website for the duration of the season. (Dimensions are flexible)
  • 6 tagged mentions of your business in our social media posts throughout the season (approximately 1 every other month.)
  • A mention of your business in the curtain speech at every musical performance in the season.

Gold Business Sponsor: $1,000

  • Your business name listed on an inside page of our printed playbill for every production for one year (may overlap seasons)
  • Your quarter page black and white ad on an inside page of our printed playbill for every production for one year (may overlap seasons). (Ad must be submitted as a camera ready PNG file of 300 dpi print resolution or higher in greyscale. Size is 5.25 x 1.75 inches.)
  • A full color linked ad on the front page of our website for one year (may overlap seasons. (Dimensions are flexible)

Seating and Box Office Information

Curtain times are generally 8:00 P.M. on Fridays and Saturdays and 2:00 P.M. on Sundays.

All seating is general admission, unless otherwise advised.
