Raffle Rules

1. Raffle entries may be obtained by making a donation online or by requesting an entry by mail.

2. This raffle is being operated by Carrollwood Players, Inc., a registered 501 (c) (3) charitable, non-profit organization, whose primary business address is 4333 Gunn Highway, Tampa, FL, 33618.

3. Entries may be obtained between Thursday, August 6th, 2020 and 11:59 PM on Monday, September 7th, 2020.

4. Winner will be randomly drawn from all entries, at 8:00 PM on Tuesday, September 8th, 2020, at Carrollwood Players Theatre. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win. 

5. Winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the drawing. Winner may be asked to verify their identify with a valid, government issued photo identification. Winner agrees to allow Carrollwood Players, Inc to use winner’s name publicly.

6. Prize is complimentary tickets provided by Carrollwood Players, Inc. and has no cash value. 

7. There is a limit of 10 entries per individual.

8. Carrollwood Players, Inc. is not responsible for any inability to contact winner and award their prize resulting from incorrectly submitted email addresses.

9. A prize winner, who cannot be contacted due to an incorrectly submitted email address, waives any current or future claim to such prize.

10. Donations made in connection with this drawing are non-refundable.

11. All standard Carrollwood Players ticketing and box office policies apply to tickets won through this raffle.

12. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this raffle.

13. Carrollwood Players, Inc. will randomly select one winner. At our discretion, we may randomly select up to an additional two winners. The prize per winner is two complimentary general admission tickets to one perfomance of each Carrollwood Players production between September 11, 2020 and September 11, 2060. A production is defined as a play or musical or other theatrical show presented by Carrollwood Players Theatre, including any virtual productions.

14. The prize is non-transferable and will be awarded to the name listed on the winning entry. The winner may make arrangements for guests to attend a production in their place, as long as the arrangements are made personally by the named winner. Reservations for each production must be made by the prize winner, no sooner than 30 days prior to the desired performance date, by contacting the Carrollwood Players Box Office.

15. The prize will remain valid if Carrollwood Players, Inc. changes its name in the future.

16. Carrollwood Players, Inc. makes no assurances of any specific number of productions it will present during the validity period for this prize. Carrollwood Players, Inc. may vary the number of productions offered during the validity period, including ceasing productions for any reason.

17. The prize is not valid for productions at Carrollwood Players Theatre that are produced by an outside production group as a guest production or venue rental.

18. Obtaining an entry to this raffle indicates full awareness and understanding of, and agreement to, the rules of this raffle.

The suggested donation for this raffle is $40 per entry. No donation is required. Non-donation entries may be obtained by mail. Send a letter to Carrollwood Players, Attn: Raffle, PO Box 270116, Tampa, FL 33688. Include your full name, phone number, mailing address, and email address. One entry per envelope mailed. Entries received after the deadline of 11:59 PM on Monday, September 7th, 2020 will not be eligible for the drawing.
