The Board of Trustees of Carrollwood Players seeks a diverse group of leaders to guide Tampa’s longest-operating, nonprofit, volunteer-driven community theatre into its next era of growth and prosperity.
Last year, Carrollwood Players changed its structure from an operational Board to a governing Board. This was a major step as we grow into a more mature nonprofit.
Previously, our Board was responsible for much of the day to day operations — the new Board will be responsible for guiding the high level development and sustainability of the organization, with staff and other volunteers handling the day to day operations.
Benefits of serving include:

- Developing and expanding your skill set – leadership, marketing, fiduciary, management, and more.
- Growing your network of contacts, personally and professionally
- Giving back to the community through the performing arts.
- Experiences that enrich your resume.
